As a Facility Security Coordinator , you’ll play a critical role in maintaining compliance with TSA regulations for a Certified Cargo Screening Facility (CCSF) at LAX. Your leadership and administrative skills will directly impact the security, efficiency, and compliance of cargo screening operations.
If you’re a prior-enlisted Non-Commissioned Officer (NCO) with experience in Quality Assurance, Safety, Auditing, or 3MC programs , this is a mission-driven opportunity where your leadership, innovation, and operational expertise will shine.
What You’ll Be Doing
Training & Compliance
- Ensure all cargo screeners and supervisors complete initial and recurring TSA training, with proof ready for audits.
- Conduct weekly internal audits and unannounced inspections to maintain compliance.
- Coordinate monthly independent audits and retain records for TSA compliance.

Incident Reporting & Risk Management

Requirements
Military Leadership Experience (E-4 to E-7 preferred)
Strong administrative acumen – comfortable with audits, compliance, and documentation
Experience in Quality Assurance, Safety, Auditing, or 3MC program management
Excellent communication skills – ability to convey information clearly to teams and auditors
Ability to think outside the box and solve problems proactively
Requirements
Must have served in the U.S. Army, U.S. Navy, U.S. Marine Corps, U.S. Air Force, U.S. Coast Guard, U.S. Space Force, U.S. Reserves, or U.S. National Guard.
Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
Able to pass TSA background checks and screening requirements.
