What You ll Do :
Enterprise Security Strategy :
- Develop and implement an enterprisewide information security strategy and program.
- Ensure the security of proprietary data intellectual property and customer information.
- Oversee the protection of operational technologies (OT) and industrial control systems (ICS) used in manufacturing processes.
- Act as an advisor to the CIO regarding compliance with information security policies.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and vulnerability analyses to identify potential threats.
- Establish and enforce security policies procedures and standards to comply with industry regulations.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations (e.g. GDPR HIPAA CCPA) and industry standards (e.g. ISO 27001 NIST).
- Assess and manage security risks associated with thirdparty vendors and service providers.
- Implement and manage security technologies such as firewalls intrusion detection / prevention systems and endpoint protection.
- Monitor access to physical locations using camera monitoring systems badges and digital access controls.
- Lead responses to security incidents and breaches including investigation containment and remediation.
- Conduct postincident analysis and implement continuous improvements.
- Lead the information security team providing mentorship and professional development.
- Work with IT Operations Legal and other departments to ensure a holistic security approach.
- Negotiate security requirements in contracts and service level agreements.
- Develop and deliver security awareness training programs for employees.
- Stay current with emerging cybersecurity threats technologies and regulatory requirements.
- Report on the status of security initiatives to the executive team and board of directors.
- Must have served in U.S. Army U.S. Navy U.S. Marine Corps U.S. Air Force U.S. Coast Guard U.S. Space Force U.S. Reserves or U.S. National Guard.
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Information Technology Cybersecurity or a related field (Master s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in information security with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience securing OT and ICS environments in a manufacturing setting.
- Expertise in information security frameworks standards and best practices (e.g. NIST ISO 27001).
- Experience in risk management incident response and vulnerability management.
- Strong leadership communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work crossfunctionally and influence stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- Strong analytical problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
