Job Description
Our manufacturing runs on precision, efficiency, and reliability—and maintenance is the backbone of it all. Without a strong maintenance team, production stops, and that is not an option. Right now, the team is working reactively, responding to equipment breakdowns as they happen. The goal is to transition to a proactive maintenance approach, reducing downtime and improving efficiency across operations.
As a Maintenance Technician , you will be hands-on with the equipment , troubleshooting mechanical issues, and working toward a preventive maintenance strategy . If you enjoy solving problems, working with machinery, and being part of a team that takes ownership of their work , this is an opportunity to make an impact.

Must have served in the U.S. Army, U.S. Navy, U.S. Marine Corps, U.S. Air Force, U.S. Coast Guard, U.S. Space Force, U.S. Reserves, or U.S. National Guard.

Requirements
Must have served in U.S. Army, U.S. Navy, U.S. Marine Corps, U.S. Air Force, U.S. Coast Guard, U.S. Space Force, U.S. Reserves or U.S. National Guard. NCO / Supervisor who is a well-rounded technician. Will supervise one person and be hands on for now. Strong communications and ability to think outside the box.
