What You ll Do : < / b>< / span>

• Transform equipment concepts into fully operational production systems.< / span>
  < / p>< / li>

• Collaborate with suppliers and internal design teams to achieve key milestones including testing and production launches.< / span>
  < / p>< / li>

• Develop station requirements including automation strategies material flow and redundancy plans.< / span>
  < / p>< / li>

• Identify and coordinate utility needs such as compressed air and process water.< / span>
  < / p>< / li>

• Conduct process failure mode and effect analyses (PFMEA).< / span>
  < / p>< / li>

• Create and execute equipment validation plans.< / span>
  < / p>< / li>

• Oversee equipment installation and work closely with building and utilities teams.< / span>
  < / p>< / li>

• Develop detailed manufacturing instructions for new processes.< / span>
  < / p>< / li>< / ul>

  Requirements< / h3>

  Qualifications : < / b>< / span>
  < / p>

  • Must have served in U.S. Army U.S. Navy U.S. Marine Corps U.S. Air Force U.S. Coast Guard U.S. Space Force U.S. Reserves or U.S. National Guard.< / span>< / span>< / span>< / span>
    < / p>< / li>

  • Bachelor s degree or higher in Mechanical Electrical Chemical Industrial or a related engineering field or equivalent handson experience.< / span>
    < / p>< / li>

  • At least 4 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.< / span>
    < / p>< / li>

  • Experience with designing and installing new equipment or implementing largescale manufacturing lines.< / span>
    < / p>< / li>

  • Familiarity with industrial engineering concepts like line balancing and timing charts.< / span>
    < / p>< / li>

  • Proficiency in CAD design for mechanical equipment and tooling (SolidWorks preferred Catia is a plus).< / span>
    < / p>< / li>

  • Knowledge of manufacturing equipment safety systems including PLCs safety guarding and lockout / tagout (LOTO) procedures.< / span>
    < / p>< / li>

  • Experience with MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems) data tracking and database architecture (Python and / or MySQL).< / span>
    < / p>< / li>

  • Flexibility to travel domestically and internationally.< / span>
    < / p>< / li>< / ul>
