Production Manager

Location: York, PA

Compensation: $115,000 - $150,000 depending on experience

Your Role

As a Production Manager, you will:

• Lead and Develop: Guide a team of three Production Supervisors and three Technical Experts to align with organizational objectives.
• Oversee Operations: Manage a team of 50 indirect reports to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency in production operations.
• Drive Improvement: Identify inefficiencies, implement process changes, and track measurable outcomes to drive continuous improvement.
• Champion Safety: Foster a zero-incident culture and prioritize safety initiatives across the team.
• Transform Culture: Act as a change leader to drive cultural transformation and inspire team alignment with company values.
• Collaborate: Partner with cross-functional teams to meet production goals and maintain seamless operations.
  
  

Who We’re Looking For:

Required Qualifications

• Leadership Experience: Military or similar leadership experience managing diverse teams in high-stakes situations.
• Veteran: Have served in the U.S. Army, U.S. Navy, U.S. Marine Corps, U.S. Air Force, U.S. Coast Guard, Reservist or National Guard
• Operational Expertise: Proven track record in safety management, process improvement, and change management.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze challenges, make data-driven decisions, and implement effective solutions.
• Strong Communicator: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to influence and inspire teams.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Industry Experience: Experience in a manufacturing or production environment is a plus.
• Lean Expertise: Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma principles.
