- Implement preventative maintenance to improve machine reliability and minimize downtime.
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues and ensure optimal equipment performance.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, with a focus on veteran integration.
- Drive lean manufacturing initiatives to optimize efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance productivity.
- Maintain a zero-incident workplace through proactive safety training and enforcement.
- Clear path to Plant Manager within 1-2 years based on performance.

- Must have served in U.S. Army, U.S. Navy, U.S. Marine Corps, U.S. Air Force, U.S. Coast Guard, U.S. Space Force, U.S. Reserves or U.S. National Guard.
- Strong mechanical background with hands-on experience in industrial production.
- Proven ability to lead and develop teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to implement process improvements.
