Role Overview
The Production Manager will oversee operations at both sites ensuring efficiency reliability and team development. This position requires a handson leader who can maintain the high standards of our original site while leading continuous improvement and transformation at the new site.
Core Responsibilities
- Oversee daily production activities ensuring both sites meet or exceed operational KPIs.
- Implement preventative maintenance to improve machine reliability and minimize downtime.
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues and ensure optimal equipment performance.
- Lead mentor and develop a highperforming team with a focus on veteran integration.
- Drive lean manufacturing initiatives to optimize efficiency reduce waste and enhance productivity.
- Maintain a zeroincident workplace through proactive safety training and enforcement.

Requirements
Must have served in U.S. Army U.S. Navy U.S. Marine Corps U.S. Air Force U.S. Coast Guard U.S. Space Force U.S. Reserves or U.S. National Guard.
Strong mechanical background with handson experience in industrial production.
Proven ability to lead and develop teams in a fastpaced environment.
Strong problemsolving skills and ability to implement process improvements.
Resultsdriven approach with a focus on operational excellence and continuous improvement.
