Our client is looking for a Production Scheduler who can take charge of the daily production flow, keep inventory aligned with demand, and make sure every piece of the puzzle fits together—smoothly, efficiently, and on time at the York, PA plant. This plant is a critical link in the supply chain that fuels some of the most essential industries in the country, and you’ll be right at the center of it.
This isn’t about punching in and doing what you’re told. It’s about stepping up, taking ownership, and being the go-to person who keeps things moving. If you’ve led operations, managed logistics, or made real-time adjustments in high-pressure situations, you’re already built for this.
Here’s What You’ll Do
Must have served in the U.S. Army, U.S. Navy, U.S. Marine Corps, U.S. Air Force, U.S. Coast Guard, U.S. Space Force, U.S. Reserves, or U.S. National Guard.
Experience managing schedules or operations in a fast-paced environment—ideally with some exposure to manufacturing or supply chains.
The confidence to make quick, informed decisions even when different departments are pulling in different directions.
Familiarity with ERP or MRP systems—SAP is a bonus, but any system you used in uniform will give you a leg up.
Solid Microsoft Office skills (especially Excel) and comfort working with data.
Clear communication and problem-solving skills—you know how to lead without the title and keep everyone on mission.

- Run the show: Build, adjust, and maintain production schedules that meet customer orders and inventory targets without missing a beat. You’ll be the one keeping our production lines moving and our commitments on track.
- Balance the priorities: Coordinate with Customer Service, production teams, and materials handlers to find that sweet spot between production efficiency, customer satisfaction, and inventory control.
- Stay ahead of downtime: Schedule preventive maintenance and repairs with the Maintenance and Production teams to avoid surprises and keep everything running like clockwork.
- Own the data: Keep your finger on the pulse by monitoring inventory levels, analyzing performance, and generating daily and weekly reports that drive better decision-making.
- Make the mission better: Support continuous improvement initiatives, help streamline processes, and use your insight to recommend smart changes. What you do here will directly impact our ability to deliver on time and exceed customer expectations.
- Stay flexible: Be ready to answer the call—even on nights and weekends. The operation runs 24/7, and your leadership will be key to making sure we stay mission-ready.
