What You'll Do :
- Lead and manage a team of quality engineers focused on functional processes and QMS areas.
- Oversee daily activities to ensure optimal resource utilization and team productivity.
- Develop and implement training programs for your team, providing feedback and performance monitoring.
- Collaborate with management to ensure effective project and program execution.
- Develop FMEAs and implement risk mitigation strategies.
- Support cross-functional teams through key development and deployment milestones.
- Drive the development of the QMS, including policies, procedures, processes, and documentation, ensuring compliance with industry standards (ISO 9001, IATF 16949).
- Monitor and analyze key quality metrics to identify root causes and implement solutions for yield improvement.
- Lead and support audits, ensuring compliance with regulatory and industry requirements.
- Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.
