The Second Shift Supervisor will play a pivotal role in launching and managing a new shift to meet increased production demands. As a leader by example, you will ensure safety, quality, and productivity standards are met while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Your ability to train, mentor, and inspire a team will drive results and enhance overall operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Building & Development: Collaborate with other shifts and departments to resolve production issues and enhance processes.
- Performance Tracking: Collect and report data on safety, quality, and delivery metrics, working closely with the Operations Manager to achieve plant goals.
- Administrative Duties: Oversee scheduling, staffing, morale, and adherence to company policies while ensuring tools and resources are available for production.
