What You ll Do :
Oversee and directly support electrode processes within the manufacturing plant.
Develop and implement quality assurance and control procedures for electrode manufacturing.
Monitor key process parameters (e.g. slurry viscosity coating thickness) to ensure consistency and compliance.
Lead investigations into process defects and drive corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for process improvement.
Establish Statistical Process Control (SPC) programs for critical process steps.
Analyze data trends to identify potential issues and optimize performance.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams on process improvement initiatives.
Enhance yield and drive waste reduction efforts.
Work with supplier quality teams to ensure raw materials meet quality standards.
Maintain quality documentation including control plans FMEAs and work instructions.
Ensure compliance with industry standards like ISO 9000 and IATF 16949.
Support internal and external audits related to electrode processes.
Report key quality metrics and present findings to leadership.

Requirements
Must have served in U.S. Army U.S. Navy U.S. Marine Corps U.S. Air Force U.S. Coast Guard U.S. Space Force U.S. Reserves or U.S. National Guard.
Bachelor s degree in Engineering (Chemical Engineering preferred).
At least 5 years of experience in battery cell manufacturing or a regulated industry.
Familiarity with ISO 9000 ISO 14000 and IATF 16949 standards.
Expertise in electrode processes such as slurry mixing coating and drying is highly preferred.
Strong skills in RCA and quality improvement tools (e.g. FMEA SPC 8D).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proven ability to work crossfunctionally and engage with all levels of management.
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (up to 20%).
