What You'll Do :
- Establish and maintain a QMS framework aligned with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and other relevant standards.
- Draft, implement, and manage quality policies, procedures, and documentation.
- Coordinate and support internal and external audits to ensure readiness and compliance.
- Collaborate with R&D, manufacturing, and supply chain teams to document and optimize processes.
- Lead process mapping to ensure alignment with QMS requirements.
- Identify and implement initiatives for continuous improvement.
- Drive certification efforts for applicable industry standards.
- Stay informed on regulatory and industry requirements to maintain compliance.
- Develop and deliver QMS-related training programs to promote a culture of quality.
- Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for QMS and compliance matters.
- Monitor and report key quality metrics, including non-conformances, audit findings, and corrective actions.
- Analyze trends to recommend and implement preventive measures.
- Support supplier audits and assessments to ensure adherence to quality standards.
