Are you an expert in SAP Production Planning and Quality Management with a passion for optimizing manufacturing and quality processes? We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr. SAP Specialist to analyze business requirements, design and implement SAP solutions, and enhance operational efficiency in manufacturing, quality, and maintenance functions. Your expertise will drive process improvements and enable seamless SAP integration across business operations.

Why This Role? As a Sr. SAP Specialist, you will lead SAP PP / QM solution implementation, collaborate with key stakeholders, and drive innovation in enterprise resource planning. Your role will be instrumental in aligning technology with business strategy and ensuring system excellence.

What You'll Do :

Solution Design & Implementation :

Analyze business processes in PP and QM to identify improvement opportunities and propose SAP-based solutions.
Design and develop EDI with suppliers to streamline supply chain operations.
Lead the design, configuration, testing, and deployment of SAP PP / QM / MM / Supplier Quality modules in alignment with business goals.
Ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules (e.g., MM, SD, FI / CO) and third-party systems like MES.
Lead SAP-related projects, including system upgrades, rollouts, and enhancements.
Manage project timelines, budgets, risks, and deliverables to ensure successful outcomes.
Prepare and deliver project status updates to senior leadership.

Business Process Optimization :

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand production planning, quality management, and plant maintenance requirements.

Develop and implement strategies to optimize manufacturing schedules, quality assurance processes, and asset management workflows.

Design end-to-end processes for production orders, preventive maintenance, and quality inspections.

User Training & Support :

Provide expertise and training to end-users and key stakeholders on SAP functionalities.

Offer Level 2 and 3 support for incident management, troubleshooting, and resolving system issues.

Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for processes, configurations, and custom developments.

Continuous Improvement :

Stay updated on the latest SAP functionalities, industry trends, and best practices in production, quality, and maintenance.

Identify opportunities to leverage emerging technologies (e.g., IoT, AI, ML) to enhance SAP capabilities.

Conduct root cause analyses to address recurring system or process challenges.

Requirements

Qualifications :

Must have served in U.S. Army, U.S. Navy, U.S. Marine Corps, U.S. Air Force, U.S. Coast Guard, U.S. Space Force, U.S. Reserves, or U.S. National Guard.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.

SAP certifications in PP / QM / PM and EHS modules are preferred.

7 years of hands-on experience in SAP PP and QM modules, including configuration and support.

Proven experience in at least two full-cycle SAP implementations and system upgrades.

Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality standards, and maintenance strategies in industries such as automotive, EV, FMCG, etc.

Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams across production, quality, maintenance, and EHS departments.

Proficiency in SAP S / 4HANA, Fiori apps, and related technologies.

Expertise in integration points with SAP MM, SD, WM / EWM, and FI / CO modules.

Understanding of SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform), analytics tools, and interface technologies (IDocs, BAPIs, etc.).

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Leadership skills with the ability to mentor junior consultants and guide project teams.
