Are you an experienced SAP Solutions Architect with expertise in Sales and Distribution (SD) and Service Systems? We are seeking a highly skilled professional to design, develop, and implement comprehensive SAP S / 4HANA solutions that align with business requirements while leveraging the capabilities of the HANA platform. This role requires a deep understanding of both business processes in sales, service delivery, and technical architecture within the SAP S / 4HANA ecosystem to optimize business performance across sales, order processing, and service delivery cycles.

What You'll Do :
Business Requirement Gathering :
Collaborate with stakeholders to thoroughly understand business needs, identify pain points, and translate them into functional specifications for S / 4HANA SD and Service modules.Solution & Technical Design :
Architect robust S / 4HANA solutions by defining system landscapes, data flows, integrations, and configuration settings to meet specific SD and Service requirements.Create detailed technical blueprints including system configuration, customization, interfaces, and development objects.Implementation & Deployment :
Lead the implementation process, overseeing configuration, data migration, testing, and deployment of the S / 4HANA SD and Service modules.Ensure seamless integration between S / 4HANA SD and Service with other SAP modules (like MM, FI, and CRM) and external systems.User Training & Support :
Develop training materials and provide hands-on support to end-users on the new S / 4HANA SD and Service functionalities.Technical Expertise & Continuous Improvement :
Stay updated on the latest S / 4HANA developments, including new features and functionalities within the SD and Service modules.Propose and implement innovative solutions based on industry best practices.Who Should Apply? Requirements
Qualifications :
Must have served in U.S. Army, U.S. Navy, U.S. Marine Corps, U.S. Air Force, U.S. Coast Guard, U.S. Space Force, U.S. Reserves, or U.S. National Guard.Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.SAP certifications in SD, Service, or related modules are preferred.12 years of hands-on experience in SAP SD, Service Systems (Warranty, Recalls, Returns, etc.), including configuration and support.Proven experience in at least two full-cycle SAP implementations and system upgrades.Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality standards, and maintenance strategies in industries such as automotive, EV, FMCG, etc.Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams across production, quality, maintenance, and EHS departments.Understanding of Fiori apps and related technologies.Expertise in integration points with SAP MM, SD, WM / EWM, and FI / CO modules.Understanding of SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform), analytics tools, and interface technologies (IDocs, BAPIs, etc.).Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.Leadership skills with the ability to mentor junior consultants and guide project teams.Comprehensive knowledge of S / 4HANA SD and Service modules, including sales order management, pricing, delivery, billing, service contract management, and service order processing.Benefits
