Here’s What You’ll Do
- Plan, prioritize, and execute: Own the master production schedule and align it with global and local demand.
- Coordinate across functions: Work closely with manufacturing, procurement, and sales to make sure we’re always ready to deliver.
- Solve real problems: You’ll be identifying potential delays, improving lead times, and finding better ways to move materials through the system.
- Lead process improvements: Bring your operational mindset to the table and help us build smarter, faster, and more efficient systems.
- Own your mission: This isn’t micromanaged—you’ll be trusted to lead and make the right calls.
- Must have served in the U.S. Army, U.S. Navy, U.S. Marine Corps, U.S. Air Force, U.S. Coast Guard, U.S. Space Force, U.S. Reserves, or U.S. National Guard.
- You’ve got experience with supply chain planning or production scheduling (bonus points if it’s in manufacturing). You’re comfortable in ERP systems (we use SAP, but if you’ve learned another system in the military or private sector, you’ll pick it up quick). You’ve got strong communication skills and can work across departments to get everyone on the same page. You’re detail-oriented but can zoom out and see the big picture. Most importantly: You take ownership. You’re proactive, decisive, and mission-driven.
