Key Responsibilities
- Sales Performance: Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Customer Engagement: Build rapport with clients, understand their needs, and present customized solutions.
- Objection Handling: Confidently address concerns and guide customers to close deals effectively.
- Seasonal Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to sustain high performance, even in off-peak seasons.
- Product Expertise: Master product knowledge to clearly communicate the value and benefits of our offerings.
- Relationship Building: Foster long-term relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals.
What You Bring
- Proven Experience: Minimum of 2 years in high-ticket sales with a track record of success.
