We are seeking a Patient Services Manager at the VA Outpatient Clinic located at 5201 Raymond Street, Orlando, FL 32803 . If you are passionate about serving our Veterans and their families and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.
Major duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following :
- Direct Patient Feeding for the VA Medical Center to include menu planning, coordinating special dietary requirements, special catering and other food production services
- Develop and maintain client and customer relationships
- Ensure safe food quality, safe food handling, and product availability
- Inventory control, labor cost, and budget management
- Ensure day-to-day compliance to JCAHO, VA, VCS and HACCP guidelines relative to food production operations
- Supervise assigned personnel rendering guidance, oversight and training
- Reports to General Manager
