Responsibilities:
- Invoice Entry
- Client account reconciliations
- Handling home care provider inquires regarding invoicing and payments
- Maintain client home care utilization
- Set up and management of home care providers with credit card payment terms
- Manage incoming and outgoing calls from clients and home care partners regarding their accounts.
- Maintain timely and accurate data entry and reporting.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
- A minimum of 1 year experience in an Accounting role with comparable responsibilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
- Excellent math, organization, and time management skills
- Passion for helping Veterans and their families
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment (in-office and remote)
