General Job Description
Under the Direction of the Chief Executive Officer and Director the Executive assistant will handle clerical tasks, organize meetings, and other confidential duties.
Major Duties and Responsibilities
We are looking for an Executive Assistant to perform a variety of administrative tasks and support our company’s senior-level Executives.
Executive Assistant’s responsibilities include managing calendars. To be successful in this role, you should be well-organized, have great time management skills and be able to act without guidance.
Ultimately, you will contribute to the efficiency of our business by providing personalized and timely support to executive members.
Recommended Experience
Administration and Management-Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modeling, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources.
Customer and Personal Service-Knowledge or principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
Clerical-Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures as well as managing files and records and other office procedures and terminology.
Required Skills
Work experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar role
Excellent MS Office knowledge
Outstanding organizational and time management skills
Familiarity with office gadgets and applications (e.g. e-calendars and copy machines)
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Discretion and confidentiality
High School degree
PA diploma or certification is a plus
Education
BA or BS in Business preferred
