Training is an integral part of Veterans Disability Help, LLC overall environment. As part of the company’s overall goal for quality service, the Training Lead Assistant will assist in the development of all employees’ success. Implements practices that allow all employees to be trained thoroughly. Knowledge of all departmental procedures should be considered to meet employees’ needs. The Training Lead Assistant will work closely with all team members and adhere to specific and gradual growth expectations. The goal is to minimize errors, increase understanding of all job duties, increase staff morale to create a well-rounded work environment.
Job Duties:
- Assist in training new hires and existing staff in all areas of each department, which includes indoctrination of introductory programs and account setups, along with policies and procedures.
- Assist in creating training materials and serve as a continuous instructional coach for employee in all facets of the ongoing company processes.
- Assist in developing new ways of minimizing workloads through organization and time management.
- Assist in organizing group training in office and online.
- Delegates assignments as needed to other staff.
- Observes and monitors ongoing work performance of both new and existing staff to ensure quality service.
- Utilizes software programs such as Google Sheets, MS Office and Adobe to create documents and sheets for tracking purposes.
- Recognizes opportunities for improvement and conducts individual employee coaching.
- Simultaneously and carefully carries out all duties assigned and as needed.
Desirable Qualifications:
- Prior training experience.
- High level of communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Comfortable with public speaking.
- Able to multi-task.
- Highly organized.
- Creative thinking while knowing how to apply and adhere to foundational practices.
- Knowledge of Google Sheets, MS Office, Adobe and PC skills.
- Type 45 WPM.
- Proactive while also working in a team environment.
- Problem solving skills.
- Ability to motivate and engage employees.
- Continuous need for learning and development.
Job Type: Full-time
