Our team is looking for an experienced information technology Program Manager to run a client Analytics Support and Planning function. You are successfully responsible for planning, organizing, and overseeing the successful completion of the initial scope listed below. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and resources to ensure that project goals and objectives are achieved on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
The Program Manager will support a large client agency function for cybersecurity and technology reporting, monitoring and analysis of the financial firms regulated by the SEC. CyberWatch has six primary goals:
1. Monitor status of covered entities to detect possible violations of the securities reporting
regulations related to “cyber/technology” events (e.g., reports related to systems security,
disruptions, and compliance);
2. Receive and process cyber/technology events reported by regulated entities.
3. Conduct analysis of cyber/technology event reports.
4. Implement cyber/technology event escalation IAW the SEC External Market Cybersecurity
Incident Protocols; and
5. Provide “CyberWatch” program-level reports related to regulated entity’s compliance.
6. Foster strong compliance and risk management practices.
The work environment will be dynamic, fast-paced and necessitate that the program manager to demonstrates a highly responsive, customer-centric demeanor with SEC.
Skills you will need:
· Ability to stay organized with strong attention to details
· Project plan development experience – Ability to map structure processes to a defined plan, communicate direction, and work together as a team to meet objectives.
· Strong documentation skills to capture the key details of each working session, extract action items and deliverables, maintain tracking of all action items and deliverables, and ensure they are completed on time in a cross-functional team.
· Comfortable with follow-ups, gently but firmly pushing back, and holding team members accountable to ensure deliverables are met.
· Proactively identify risks and opportunities.
· Proficient in using Microsoft Word, Visio, Excel, and PowerPoint
Qualifications/Requirements
· PMP
· CISA or CISSP or CISM
· Past work experience with SEC
· Minimum of 10 years of applicable experience, 15 total years of experience
· Must be able to pass a Federal Government background check
· Must be available during normal business hours
