The ideal candidate will bring expertise in drainage and stormwater management, contributing to a diverse project portfolio. Responsibilities:
- Lead project planning and management for various civil engineering projects.
- Oversee the design and implementation of grading and improvement plans.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure project compliance and efficiency.

- Mentor junior staff and contribute to their professional development.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in civil engineering, with a focus on land development and grading.
- Professional Engineering (PE) license in California is required.
- Expertise in drainage and stormwater management is highly preferred.
- Proven ability to lead and manage comprehensive engineering projects.
