We are looking for Veteran Claims Consultants to join our Intake (Inside Sales) Team in Pinehurst, NC.

The Veteran Claims Consultant will support, process, and work directly with Veteran clients with supporting disability-specific strategy documents and processes. In addition, they provide assistance to Veteran clients, other team members, and functional group staff. The Intake Department is the gatekeeper to Veterans Guardian VA Claim Consulting. You will help Veterans find the right claim strategy & help them navigate the proper channels/departments.
Please Note: Before joining the Intake Team, there is a 90-day paid training period in which team members will master the foundational skills necessary for success in this role.
Position Overview:
This position ensures:
- Accurate scheduling and completion of Initial Strategy appointments.
- Manage incoming calls and route them appropriately.
- Precise data entry and timely follow-ups.
- Efficient communication and task management to support veterans
This is a 100% in-person position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Scheduled ISS Appointments: Ensure 100% completion of scheduled calls.
- Unanswered Calls Management: Handle unscheduled calls, routing or scheduling as needed.
- Data Accuracy: Maintain high accuracy in Salesforce entries.
- Follow-Up Management: Conduct timely follow-up calls
- Task Management: Process emails
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment that handles a high volume of calls, chats, emails, or other types of customer interactions
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $21.00 per hour
