To qualify you must meet the requirements below. This experience MUST be reflected in your resume to be considered as qualifying for this position. GS-12 Specialized Experience : You must have one year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade GS-11 in the normal line of progression for the occupation in the organization. Examples of specialized experience would typically include, but are not limited to : Experience identifying problems, determining relevance of information to make recommendations; Experience expressing information to individuals or groups effectively, making clear and convincing oral presentations; Experience determining short or long-term goals and strategies to achieve them, monitoring progress, and evaluating outcomes. GS-13 Specialized Experience : You must have one year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade (GS-12) in the normal line of progression for the occupation in the organization. Examples of specialized experience would typically include but are not limited to : Experience preparing content that is culturally sensitive, inclusive, and respective of diverse audiences; Experience problem-solving, helping others learn, identifying vital Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion training needs, coaching others on how to perform tasks; Experience using computers, software applications, databases, and automated systems to accomplish work. AND Selective Placement Factor (SPF) : In addition to the experience above, this position includes a Selective Placement Factor (skills, knowledge, ability or other worker characteristics basic to - and essential for - satisfactory performance of the job).
