We offer a competitive salary range of $255,000 to $360,000, with opportunities for annual performance bonuses up to an additional $15K per year. Our benefits package includes federal health/dental/vision/term life/long-term care insurance, malpractice liability protection with tail coverage, and a traditional federal pension plan (5 years vesting). We also offer separate 401K with up to 5% in contributions by VA, possible 5 days for CMEs and up to $1,000 per year, and eligibility for the Education Debt Reduction Program (EDRP), if approved.
