Job Title: Physician - Diagnostic Radiologist
About the Role
The Physician - Diagnostic Radiologist is a clinical physician who provides general diagnostic radiology services. The work involves interpreting and/or performing a wide range of imaging radiological interpretations/procedures.
Work Environment
The role will be based in the Imaging Service of VANCHCS, where the physician will work closely with the medical staff to provide care to patients. Scheduling for procedures will occur through various sections of the VA treatment facilities, including inpatient, outpatient, and emergency room departments.
Responsibilities
- Interpret and/or perform imaging radiological interpretations/procedures
- Provide general diagnostic radiology services as directed by the medical staff at the facility and its branch clinics
