Servicing the Needs of Veterans
As a member of our team, you will be responsible for serving the unique needs of homeless and at-risk veterans. Your duties will include job coaching, resume building, job searches, and mock interviews, as well as performing initial intake and assessments of all veterans for acceptance into Veterans Inc. programs, and assisting veterans in developing individual training plans that fit their specific needs and skills.
You must have a Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Social Work, or a related field, and a minimum of two years' experience in Employment Training, Vocational Rehabilitation, Recruitment, Counseling, Outreach, or Services to the Homeless. Knowledge and experience working with veteran populations is preferred. You must be able to pass a CORI/background records check and comply with our COVID-19 Vaccination Policy. Religious and Medical Exemptions are considered.
