Mortgage Dialer Administrator
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Mortgage Dialer to oversee and distribute all incoming leads from various marketing and digital advertising sources within our mortgage company. This role is crucial in ensuring that leads are efficiently managed, reconciled, and converted by our sales teams. The ideal candidate will be strong in their verbal communication and analytical skills. Someone that can be ready to move fast and execute because we HUSTLE! Job Responsibilities:
- Take inbound leads via corporate phone system.
- Complete outbound calls for lead follow up.
- Gather basic customer information and identify customer needs.
- Assist Licensed Loan Officers in obtaining leads by coordinating communication and transferring identified customer via corporate phone system.
- Utilize corporate training methods and tactics in converting potential prospects to CCM customers.
- Schedule initial appointments as well as maintaining database to ensure customer service expectations are met.
- Appropriately classify and distinguish each lead contacted.
- Manage high volume of incoming and outgoing phone calls.
- Apply training to live interactions with CCM clients both internally and externally.
Qualifications and Skills:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- 1 year of experience as a telemarketer or similar sales/customer service role.
- 1 year of mortgage experience preferred
- Microsoft Office Suite (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Excellent prioritization and time management skills.
Candidates will also possess:

- Good time management & the ability to meet deadlines
- Strong written & verbal communication skills, necessary to expedite tasks
- Ability to work across multiple time zones
- Solid problem solver, team player, have a sense of humor
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
