Cafe Worker

Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and friendly Cafe Worker to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while preparing and serving food and beverages. Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and take their orders accurately.
• Prepare and serve a variety of food items and beverages, ensuring high quality and presentation standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cafe area, including tables, counters, and equipment.
• Handle cash transactions efficiently and accurately.
• Assist with inventory management by restocking supplies as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to enhance customer satisfaction.

Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in orders and cleanliness in the cafe environment.
• Ability to work efficiently in a self-paced setting while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Basic knowledge of food safety practices is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
• Previous experience in food service or hospitality is a plus but not mandatory; we welcome enthusiastic learners!
