The Homes Veterans Reintegration Program (HVRP) is a nationally recognized program funded by the U.S. Department of Labor. HVRP provides veterans experiencing homelessness with the support they need to secure stable housing and employment. Our services include :
- Outreach and engagement
- Case management
- Assistance with obtaining VA benefits
- Job training and placement
- Housing assistance
Position Summary :
We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Outreach Specialist to join our Homes Veterans Reintegration Program team.
