The Program Manager is responsible for the overall management and supervision of the Supportive Housing program at Veterans Multi-Service Center. This includes overseeing program operations, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, managing staff and providing leadership to ensure the program effectively serves veterans experiencing homelessness.
Key Responsibilities:

Program Oversight:
- Develop and implement program goals, objectives, and strategies in alignment with the organization's mission and funding requirements.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Supportive Housing program, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
- Monitor program performance, track outcomes, and prepare regular reports for funders and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines, including those from HUD and other funding sources.
- Manage program budget and resources effectively.

Staff Supervision:
- Supervise and mentor a team of Case Managers providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.
- Conduct regular staff meetings, individual supervision sessions, and performance evaluations.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.

Client Services:
- Ensure that clients receive high-quality, person-centered case management services that meet their individual needs.
- Monitor client progress, address concerns, and intervene when necessary to ensure housing stability.
- Collaborate with other service providers and community resources to provide comprehensive support to clients.

Community Engagement:
- Build and maintain relationships with landlords, community partners, and other stakeholders.
- Represent the program and the organization at community meetings and events.
- Stay informed about best practices and emerging trends in supportive housing and homeless services.
Qualifications:

Education and Experience:
- Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field preferred. Bachelor's degree with equivalent experience will be considered.
- Minimum of five years of experience in social services, with at least three years of experience working with homeless populations or populations with high clinical needs.
- Prior supervisory experience required.
- Experience with HUD programs and regulations strongly preferred.
