Summary:
The Program Manager plays a critical role in ensuring veterans and their families receive the support they need. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the SSVF program.
- Manage the program budget and resources.
- Ensure compliance with federal regulations and VA guidelines.
- Supervise and provide guidance to program staff.
- Assess needs and develop individualized service plans for veteran families.
- Oversee the provision of supportive services.
- Collaborate with community organizations to ensure comprehensive services.
- Collect, analyze, and report on program performance data.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in social services or a related field.
- Five years of program management experience in the non-profit sector.
- Experience working with veteran services and grant-funded programs.
- Strong computer skills, including knowledge of databases and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent organizational, time-management, communication, and people skills.
- Valid driver's license with an insured, reliable vehicle.
