Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
• Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
• Assist customers with order placements, modifications, and cancellations.
• Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in our database.
• Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and enhance client experiences.
• Uphold company policies and procedures while adhering to phone etiquette standards.
• Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and service techniques.

Experience

• Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred.
• Proficiency in data entry and office software applications.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; bilingual candidates are highly desirable.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
• Familiarity with client services principles and practices is an advantage.
• A positive attitude with a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.

Pay: $18.72 - $19.53 per hour

Expected hours: 19 per week
