What are the responsibilities and job description for the Instructor - Yoga position at Veterans Park District?
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Instruct our weekly outdoor yoga class in accordance with established methods and procedures.
- Provide competent, safe instruction to class participants.
- Plan and effectively organize time
- Take class attendance
WHAT REQUIREMENTS ARE NEEDED:
- Must be 18 years or older
- High School Graduate
- Personal training or instructor certification
- Must be customer service oriented, have a pleasant demeanor and cooperative attitude
- Have the ability to lead, direct and facilitate a group of individuals at the same time
WHEN YOU’LL WORK:
- Starts this summer
- Class runs weekly
- Dates/days/time are TBD- will work with supervisor to establish
