Position Summary
The Sales Representative is a crucial role responsible for driving sales, overseeing marketing initiatives, and ensuring channel profitability within the assigned region. We are seeking a strong, organized, business-focused leader with integrity, possessing expert knowledge in the commercial security sales marketplace
Duties and Responsibilities
- Adhere to current VSO policies, procedures, and services.
- Plan, coordinate, and implement the sales process.
- Attain and strive to exceed budgeted revenue expectations.
- Maintain effective customer communications and build solid customer relationships throughout the account life cycle.
- Ensure contractual obligations are met and resolve customer complaints promptly to preserve excellent customer relations.
- Build and retain effective, productive, and motivated Business Sales Representatives.
- Implement and execute VSO's business marketing strategies and plans.
- Collaborate with other departments and business leaders to ensure alignment with sales and operations.
Education/Certification
- College degree preferred but not required.
Experience
- Minimum of 3 years of sales experience.
- Entry-level candidates are welcome.
- Experience in analyzing sales statistics.
Skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to effectively interact with business leaders and customer organizations.
- Functional and technical skills in leading a sales organization.
- Comprehensive knowledge of approved services.
- Familiarity with direct sales forecasting activities and setting performance goals.

Other Requirements
- Valid driver’s license and clear driving record.
- Ability to work a full-time schedule.
- Willingness to travel nights and weekends as needed to accommodate business needs.
