Pay rate: $19.43/hr on W2
Duration: 12 Months contract
Manager’s Notes:
- This is not a CSR role, we are not affiliated with them at all. This is an Operations role involving transactional processing of cash and shares. Generally, we do not interact with the public therefor those skills while a plus from a customer service standpoint, are not the main things I look for in a resume.
- For an Operations role I don’t want to pigeonhole folks, but I want to see some kind of work with math or finance, an education background in those fields or comparable work experience. They don’t have to have a degree in Finance to have applicable skills but showing me you handle a certain number of calls per hour is not of use to this role. Something that shows me attention to detail and use of Office applications or other tools is beneficial also.
Description:
- The Shareworks Services & Operations Associate is responsible for account maintenance, disbursements, transfers, and research for the Bank @ Work business.
- Associates are responsible for various functions in Operations which could include reports, clearing outstanding debits, resolution of escalated issues, processing and investigating payments, correspondence, client requests, account updates, scanning, stock transfers, check and Fed wire disbursements, check stop payments, etc.
- Associates are required to meet production and quality standards, cross train in multiple functions, adhere to compliance and control guidelines, and interact with internal and external clients, as well as peers in the Service Center or other Operations teams.
