REQUIREMENT DETAILS
Job Title: Call Center Representative - Banking/Financial Services
Location: South Jordan, UT- Onsite
Pay Rate: $22/hr on W2
Duration: 6-month contract with Possible extension
Shift: SU-SA 5am-830pm MT. The day shifts are M-F 8 hour shifts. The expectation is to be able to work a 40 hour shift in the given schedule.
- Any class taking place after the new year will consist of REMOTE training. Training will last 4-5 weeks.
- Post training your temp will be required to be in office 5 days a week.
- After 6 months of service your temp will be able to take advantage of a hybrid schedule (3 days in office / 2 from home).
Must have either 1 of the following criteria:
- College Degree
- Previous financial call center experience
- Long term Call center experience
Disqualifiers:
- Short term projects
Position Description
- Client Support Service Professionals handle incoming phone calls regarding various service inquiries on Bank’s accounts.
- Calls will need to respond with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency, while consistently meeting key department performance metrics.
- Functional support areas include Bank’s Cash Management products and services, Bank’s Online (client website) and Mobile app, and general account or financial related inquiries.

- Aptitude to multi-task and adjust quickly to change in a busy financial service center
