Job Title: Trade Operations Analyst – Wealth Management Support
Location: Pennington, NJ - Hybrid - 3 onsite, 2 WFH
Pay Rate: $23.44/hr on W2
Duration:12-month contract with Possible extension
Job Description:
Provides post-secondary Fixed Income, Equity & Option trade support for Wealth Management branches, Edge and Investment Solutions Group. Serves as intermediary between trading desks in New York & Chicago and North American advisory branches and Edge call centers.
Responsibilities/Functions include-
- Email inquiries for Equities, Options & Fixed Income financial products
- Provides trade reporting support, including several trade reports that are sent out each day
- Trade booking and research of reconciliation breaks, handling of Trading Rejects & Exceptions each day including cancelling and adjusting of some orders
- Cross training on financial investment products and how to support them
Required Skills:
- Excel, Word, Outlook
- Communication, Attention to Detail, Phone & Service Minded skillset
