Title : Graphic / Web Designer
Work location : remote
Work schedule : Mon-Fri normal business hours
Duration : Contract only for about 6 weeks. Will be extended based on business needs.
Pay Rate : $39- $50
- No visa restrictions
- Must attach / provide examples of web design projects with resume.
- Candidate must complete the Graphic Web Designer Assessment.
Summary :
We are seeking a highly creative and skilled Graphic / Web Designer to execute the visual direction of our web presence. This individual will be responsible for the majority of our creative web design work, playing a crucial role in shaping our online brand identity and user experience. The ideal candidate possesses a keen eye for detail, a passion for crafting visually compelling and user-friendly websites. This role requires a blend of creative vision and technical proficiency.
Responsibilities :
o Execute the design and development of visually appealing and user-friendly website and pages, ensuring responsiveness across multiple devices (desktop, mobile, tablet).
o Translate complex information into intuitive and engaging visual experiences, creating the creative assets for our web properties.
o Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to effectively communicate design concepts.
o Present design rationale and champion creative solutions to stakeholders.
o Develop and maintain a consistent brand aesthetic across all web properties.
o Stay up-to-date on the latest web design trends and best practices, proactively suggesting improvements and innovations.
o Contribute significantly to the overall web design strategy of the company.

Many of the candidates have UX / UI or development skills, but they are interested in candidates who have creative design experience with a focus on creatively designing websites and experience with AEM, the system used to build their website. Here are the changes to this requirement.
