Key Responsibilities :
- Change Management Support : Assist with change management efforts related to Salesforce and other business processes.
- Content Creation : Develop visually appealing, step-by-step user guides, process documentation, and communications to facilitate user understanding and adoption.
- Communication : Translate complex Salesforce processes into clear, concise, and polished communications for diverse audiences.
- Collaboration : Work closely with business teams to learn workflows, understand reporting needs, and identify areas for improvement.
- Salesforce Expertise : Leverage Salesforce knowledge to understand reporting, dashboards, and processes, ensuring accuracy in communications and guides.
- Report & Dashboard Creation : Build and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards to support business needs and provide insights.
- Creative Solutions : Think outside the box to address challenges and deliver innovative solutions for effective change management.
- Process Learning : Quickly learn and adapt to new business processes and Salesforce functionality.
Required Skills & Attributes :
Preferred : Familiarity with tools such as Showpad , Camtasia, and Storyline.
