Voice Engineer
Houston TX- onsite 4-5 days / week

- Manager Call Notes
- Both positions are 3 month contracts for some discovery efforts - may extend but not sure
- Telephony / carrier access- divestiture, need someone to be assigned and do discovery on systems, do inventory, work with business partners to validate inventory and then design and plan / move from AIG to another company
- Familiar with how telephone carriers work
- Log into and take a look at configurations of oracle device
- Call routing (I have a list of telephone #s and I need to figure out where they are routing to, what systems they are routing to)
- Oracle Session Border Controller and Enterprise Communications Broker
- Oracle is a must have
Voice Engineer with experience using Oracle Session Border Controller and Enterprise Communications Broker (Client / ECB) to work with Operations and Business teams and perform discovery of all telephone numbers and system configurations related to a specific business unit. The engineer will be required to produce an inventory, design documentation and assist in the planning of a major migration of carrier SIP services.
