About the Role :
As an Event Coordinator, you will assist with planning and execution of employee events, including team, department, and company-wide events. Your efforts towards fulfilling requests will help create meaningful experiences that enhance the company's culture.
Here's a snapshot of what you'd be doing :
- Assist in all aspects of the planning and execution of events, which will include but is not limited to swag items, RSVP lists, name tags, catering, vendors, venues, and shopping.
- Assist on-site at events, greet attendees by welcoming, directing and answering questions.
- Collaborate with the Events team on programming and internal communications for department and team events.
- Oversee event storage. Responsible for organizing and maintaining inventory, cataloging items, managing the check-in / check-out process, and serving as the main contact for event storage needs.
- Maintain RSVP spreadsheets and attendee lists as needed.
- Serve as a resource for venue and vendor contacts.
- Actively contribute to making the team and culture stronger by assisting with other duties as needed, excluding licensed activity.
