About the Role:
- Help out with job descriptions, job postings, and employee movement to keep things running smoothly.
- Handle HR admin tasks like organizing paperwork, sending out employee communications, and checking references during the hiring process.
- Make the offboarding process seamless—assist with exit interviews, collect company property, and ensure final paperwork is squared away.
- Keep calendars organized, schedule meetings, and be the go-to person for employee questions.
- Support the hiring process by reviewing job requisitions and keeping candidates updated with clear, professional communication.
- Jump in on HR projects and process improvements to help the team work smarter.
