What are the responsibilities and job description for the Intern - Call Audit - Springfield, MO position at Veterans United Home Loans?
We are currently looking for interns to join our team in Summer 2025 and to extend throughout the 2025-2026 school year.
As an Intern, you will be responsible for supporting Paddio Production teams to help track, monitor, and evaluate the quality of work produced. You will help in identification of coaching opportunities, tracking, measuring quality, and identifying training needs.
Job duties will vary upon assignment but may include :
- Assist with evaluating, assessing, and auditing call critiques for Production team members at Paddio.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and excellence within the Production department.
- Communicate with leadership about the performance of representatives.
- Assist with collecting and analyzing trends and report back to the appropriate stakeholders.
- Actively contribute to making the team and culture stronger by assisting with other duties as needed, excluding licensed activity.
