What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Specialist position at Veterans United Home Loans?
As a Facilities Maintenance Specialist, you will be responsible for all physical aspects of our office buildings. You will deliver results with an emphasis on customer service, timeliness, and follow-through.
Job duties will vary upon assignment but may include:
- Responsible for physical maintenance of all Veterans United and/or Neighbors Bank locations.
- Respond to HVAC questions and requests.
- Repair building issues, including but not limited to minor electrical and plumbing concerns.
- Work with the general contractor or a skilled trade professional to resolve maintenance concerns.
- Coordinate and assist with moves between facilities. Some travel may be required.
- Actively contribute to making the team and culture stronger by assisting with other duties as needed, excluding licensed activity.
