We are an AAHA accredited hospital dedicated to providing the highest level of veterinary medicine. We focus on preventative wellness including breed specific healthcare as well as offering integrative treatments and herbal medicine.
What You'll Do:
Our CCR's are the face of our clinic and play an integral role in representing us from the time the client walks in the door to the time they leave. They are the connection between the clients and the medical team. A typical day could involve answering phones, making appointments, taking prescription requests, calling back clients with non-medical questions, cleaning, running reports, checking clients in and out, supporting the medical team when necessary, and so much more!
You will be involved in everything from providing care for our clients and their pets, to contributing your thoughts on ways to improve how we deliver the best care and service. You will help us get better and continue to grow as a team of caring veterinary professionals who value a team that has fun, supports each other and learns together.

Ideally the right candidate would have at least 1 year of veterinary customer service experience, be good with computers as we are a paperless facility, desire to learn, willing to be a team player, and have a great attitude!

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour
