The Veterinary Emergency Center of Canton is looking to add a friendly, compassionate and skilled Client Service Supervisor to join our team! This is a full-time role, with a required schedule of 36 hours a week in addition to on-call availability.

Client Service Supervisor
Veterinary Emergency Center of Canton in Canton, CT
$25.00 - $30.00 an hour based on experience and availability.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Provide leadership, guidance, supervision, and oversight to our existing Client Care team
- Handling staff scheduling and workflow management for the whole team
- Be responsible for creating a culture focused on high quality client care across all interactions, ranging from one-on-one communications with external and internal clients, staff, and referring clinics and specialty practices
- Be responsible for training staff and serving as the point of contact with other staff member and clinicians
- Maintain and update knowledge in order to be considered an expert in handling patient information, providing specific customer services which may include patient phone calls, relaying information, transferring calls and more
- Maintain client communications via email, interpersonal and PIMs software.
- Facilitate all client needs, such as monetary transactions.

REQUIREMENTS
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience working as a Receptionist/CSR in a veterinary hospital is required
- Prior supervisory experience desired
- Significant experience with basic office functions in a busy office environment
- Strong organizational, technical and computer skills
- Strong client relations and interpersonal skills, including professionalism and compassion
- Must be a team player and have compassion for pets and their people
