QUALIFICATIONS:
- DVM, VMD, or equivalent degree required.
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in a 24/7 emergency and critical care setting.
- Passion for excellence in medical quality and patient care, with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Proficiency in emergency surgery and endoscopy preferred.
- Leadership experience in roles such as Internship Director, Medical Director, or Lead Veterinarian preferred.
- Servant leader mindset—dedicated to mentoring and developing others, advocating for pets, and supporting the local community while leading a team of exceptional Emergency Veterinarians.
