Your core skills in veterinary front desk, and veterinary terminology will enable you to assist clients effectively. You will also utilize your computer skills and communication abilities to manage front desk operations and ensure smooth interactions. Responsibilities
- Greet clients and their pets upon arrival, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Manage appointment scheduling and maintain accurate records using computer systems.
- Work with referral coordinators to facilitate consult scheduling.
- Provide information about veterinary services and procedures to clients.
- Handle cash and process payments, including medical collections when necessary.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk and waiting area.
- Utilize veterinary terminology effectively in communication with clients, staff and referring veterinarians.
Education Requirement: Some college to 4 years preferred.
New Hire Bonus
Monday - Friday work week. No weekends or holidays.

Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 45 per week
