Schedule: 6:00 PM – 2:30 AM | Monday through Friday
Compensation: $17.00–$19.00/hour (based on experience) $1.00/hour Night Shift Differential

Position Overview
VSI is seeking dependable, detail-oriented individuals to join our Night Shift Warehouse Team. This role is responsible for supporting all warehouse operations, including inventory control, shipping and receiving, and general warehouse duties during the overnight hours. Our graveyard shift plays a critical role in maintaining operational flow and ensuring that day-to-day logistics are ready for the following business day.
The ideal candidate is self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment. This position offers shift premium pay, overtime, and growth opportunities.
Responsibilities

Accurately pick, pack, receive, and stock products using handheld scanners and inventory software

Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts, etc.) as trained and certified

Maintain clean and organized workstations in accordance with safety and quality standards

Follow company protocols for handling, labeling, and storing inventory

Work cross-functionally within the warehouse to support team production goals

Communicate effectively with team leads and supervisors regarding workflow or inventory issues

Perform additional tasks and participate in special projects as assigned by management
Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required

Prior warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing experience preferred

Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and perform repetitive physical tasks for the duration of the shift

Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

Ability to work independently, maintain productivity, and meet performance standards

Comfortable working in varying temperature environments (climate-controlled and non-controlled areas)

Must be available to work assigned night shift schedule and occasional overtime as needed
